line or number. There are no joining fees and no monthly charges.

you dial with "1615". This will automatically route your calls via
Tiscali Smart Talk, allowing you to make substantial savings. You
can also access the service via a Freephone 0800 number so you can
use your Orange mobile phone at these rates too - with no
additional charges! Tiscali have recently reaffirmed their
commitment to provide 0800 access and have just released a large
number of fresh access numbers. National UK calls are just 2p/min
at all times.
